Holistic Health Project

Our role in the project

To facilitate Holistic Health sessions every two months for young people and the community and make it accessible by providing free sessions to young people and minimal small charge to other members of the community.

Who we’re working with

We work with local therapists who want to contribute to the community by providing free therapies to the young people and make their therapies accessible to the community. We also work with existing young people’s services and colleges to provide opportunities for young people to learn skills and better understand how to support their well-being and mental health.
Our approach

Holistic Health is based on a flexible youth-centred approach that utilises accessible, informal structures and takes therapies to young people in familiar environments.
