HVA’s group support team can provide advice, information and practical support on a wide range of matters from charity regulations to governance and policy development.

If you're starting a new charity or considering converting an existing unincorporated association or charitable trust to a CIO, HVA can guide you through the process.

HVA can help groups to improve the effectiveness of their fundraising, with a particular focus on grassroots groups with smaller staff teams.

HVA organises a range of training opportunities throughout the year to enable voluntary and community organisations, and the people within them, to thrive.

We provide an extensive community accountancy service to support charities, community groups, social enterprises and other not-for-profit organisations to look after their money correctly.

This service is ideal for organisations who do not have the capacity or expertise to operate a Payroll function in-house, or those who need to make the most efficient use of staff time by outsourcing payroll.
